All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Zylopure is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Zylopure.store and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
